HOME
My name is Valentina Raffaelli and I work with food. • I am a cook, a book author and a visual storyteller. • I am Italian based in Amsterdam since 10 years. • I’m happy to work on visual contents for food brands and products, restaurants consultancy, supper clubs and event development. • With backgrounds in architecture and interior design, I worked for many years in the exhibition design field before starting to approach the food universe. At first, I opened my own design studio focusing on food styling and editorial contents. • In 2015 I published my first book, Herbarium Taste edited by Corraini.• I’ve entered the prestigious Italian restaurant Toscanini, in Amsterdam and I’ve been part of the kitchen team for four years. • In 2019 I’ve traveled for the whole year around Italy being hosted in several restaurants to do a research for my new book: SCARTI D’ITALIA, published by Corraini Edizioni.
