HOME
My name is Valentina Raffaelli, I am an Italian designer and cook based in Amsterdam. • With backgrounds in architecture and interior design and a love for food, I cofounded design and food studio internoconcucina in 2014. • From art direction, styling, illustration and product development, my work is colourful and pure, defined by a strong but simple aesthetic in which I try to reveal what is essential. My cooking is the same: honest and sentimental. • I combined my passions in my first book ‘Herbarium Taste’, published by Corraini in 2015 (I’m currently working on a second publication). • I followed my love for food in late 2015 when I joined the kitchen staff of Amsterdam’s popular Italian restaurant Toscanini. • I’m always up for travelling for workshops, lectures, client meetings and inspiration!
